For any kind of weight training, this shoe is wonderful. With the durable rubber midsole / outsole, the AF1 licking and keep ticking. Weight squat, deadlift and other long-term weight-bearing exercise any structural integrity of an injury shoes. As good as shoe-making base (or last) is so stable, you do not feel flimsy in your sport, even in low-cut version.
